Meet Your Lead Coach
The 3 Spectrums of Influence founder Janelle Mason-Johnson has a passion for helping women overcome tragedy and hardship. A retired RN and nurse manager, Janelle has herself experienced divorce, discrimination, and a life-altering medical diagnosis; and now wants to teach women how to tap into their inner strength and become an OVERCOMER!

Janelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing, with a minor in biology, from Molloy College in 1989, and she worked as a healthcare provider in medical, surgical, cardiac, and oncological units for 20 years after graduating. Janelle is also a United States Army Veteran.
The 3 Spectrums of Influence's mission is to help clients overcome the obstacles of health challenges to transform their lives.

After being diagnosed with and surviving breast cancer, Janelle decided it was time to pay her knowledge and experience forward.

With the 3 Spectrums of Influence she aims to use her life experiences and expertise to help women heal and move toward wholeness. Janelle strives to work through her business to encourage women to persevere and flourish despite their hardships.
